EverBond EB180 is a multi-purpose industrial contact adhesive specifically designed for air assist spray application. Its excellent performance characteristics combined with its extended open time and CA compliance make it a truly superior adhesive. Applied on both surfaces to be adhered, EB180 is a high strength, high temperature contact adhesive providing strong permanent bonds for a wide variety of substrates to include decorative laminates and veneers, fiberglass, glass, upholstery, fabrics, foam, auto headliners, cork and particle board. As a single surface application, its high tack and repositionability make EB180 an ideal adhesive for quick temporary bonding. Formulated with extremely low VOCs to comply with CA and OTC states regulations.

Web Spray Pattern
Product Usage
For strong permanent bonds, apply EB180 to both surfaces to be bonded. For repositionable temporary bonds, apply EverBond EB180 evenly to one side of the substrates to be bonded. Spray an even coat of adhesive with at least 80% to 100% coverage. Place the surfaces together and apply pressure evenly across the full bonding surface. For best results: Make sure that the surfaces are dry and free from dirt, grease or oil. Ensure that the adhesives and substrates are at 60°F or higher.
Storage
After use, do not close the valve. Leave the gun and hose connected to the canister. Recommended to store canister off the floor if temperatures below 60°F.
